A in was having a few issues with their internet connection dropping out every few weeks. After taking a look at the and the diagnostic logs I was able to confirm that the modem was over 5 years old and was an ideal candidate for a replacement. I supplied them with a high quality Tplink ADSL 2+ modem that immediately gave them a much faster and more stable connection and I also setup up the required port forwards and security settings to allow for their security system to be viewed and managed offsite from their business. Another customer back in business 🙂
