A earthmoving company in Richmond needed some help getting a better wireless signal in their yard while using their Samsung Tablets. I was able to relocate and setup a new wireless access point right in the window giving them near perfect signal all across their work areas.

A lady who runs a trailer hire business in Hallett Cove contacted me saying she was having all sorts of problems due to her SSD being full. I was able to setup some clever tricks using the MKLINK command freeing up more than half of her C drive and getting her back up and running.

Today I’m bringing a slow old HP Pavilion DV6 laptop up to spec by installing a high speed SSD. Using some very clever cloning software it’s completely seamless for my customer – everything is exactly as it was just 10x faster than before!

Today I’m out and about in Torrens Park helping a lady get her laptop back on the internet. Her modem reported as being online but her laptop couldn’t even ping the Google dns servers despite being connected properly to her wireless network.  After resetting her firewall to the defaults, repairing her  antivirus and running a system restore – she was good to go!
