Today I’m out and about in Torrens Park helping a lady get her laptop back on the internet. Her modem reported as being online but her laptop couldn’t even ping the Google dns servers despite being connected properly to her wireless network. After resetting her firewall to the defaults, repairing her antivirus and running a system restore – she was good to go!
