Today I’m down at one of my favourite places in Adelaide – Glenelg! I’m helping a beauty salon who’s computer has been making loud fan noises throughout the day. After carefully taking apart their system and giving the fans and vents a good clear out they were back in business good as new.

I’m helping with a huge revamp that’s happened at a school in Aberfoyle Park over the Christmas break. They had a full redesign of all the classrooms, and how technology is used in the school including interactive TVs with webcams in every classroom so that lessons can be broadcast all across Australia. My job is to help mount the TVs on the wall, connect up the Intel NUC computers and make sure everything is connected to the network and working as it should for when students return.

I’m helping a lady in Morphett Vale today transfer all of her data from an old computer to a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro. She had no idea where to start and I was more than happy to take care of all the details for her and get her up and running on a new Surface Pro with all her email, photos, documents, and all other data that she needed from the old computer. She was very happy that it was an easy process and that now she could sit back and relax and enjoy the new computer.
