I’m helping a customer from Mount Barker today with some issues they’ve had with their network printer after a new NBN modem was installed in their home. Since the new modem when in they were also having a whole lot of problems accessing their CCTV security system remotely but after adding the CCTV system IP address for the modems DMZ as well as setting up the correct port forwarding they were back in business.

I’m helping a clothing business that runs out of an office in Flagstaff Hill today. They were having a whole lot of issues getting a network printer to work on a new laptop. I was able to help them by networking the printers and PCs so that all of their printers and resources are available across the whole network.

A customer from Blackwood contacted me saying their computer was no longer turning on and had no life signs at all. After testing their PC I was able to easily diagnose the problem as a faulty and dead power supply. This was easily and very inexpensively replaced and was a much better outcome then having to replace the motherboard or other Critical Components.

I’m helping a lawyers office in Christies Beach this morning with some network and Windows 10 issues they’ve been having on their computers. The automatic Windows 10 updates had really made a mess of some of the proprietary software they use so I installed a handy program that stops the Windows 10 updates and give them the choice to turn them back on whenever they like.
