A Real Estate agent in Aberfoyle Park contacted me with some issues in Outlook 2007 on her laptop. Outlook had suddenly came up with an error “not implemented” and refused to send or receive any emails. I tried the usual safe mode, disable addons, office repair install etc but had no luck so turned to the trusty old system restore. After the restore had complete and a few little tweaks she was back up and running and back in business 🙂

A lady from Glengowrie contacted me saying her internet was very slow and often dropping out. I was able to test her modem and verify that it was indeed faulty and in need of a replacement. I supplied her with a new high speed ADSL 2+ modem that has awesome wifi range. She was really happy with how much of an improvement it was over the old dying modem 🙂

A warehouse manager wanted his email setup on his phone so that it would sync between his pc and the phone even if he wasn’t at work. I was more than happy to help and had him setup using IMAP on both devices in no time. Now he can keep track of everything that’s happening whether he’s at work or not.
