I’m helping a customer in Brighton by setting up a Wi-Fi extension kit so that he has much better Wi-Fi coverage in his home. He found that Wi-Fi access on his iPad and Netflix on his smart TV were constantly dropping out but after installing the Wi-Fi extension kit everything was running at full signal with no issues at all.

I’m helping a lady in royal park today with a very slow laptop that I was able to diagnose as a dying mechanical hard drive. After upgrading her laptop to a high speed SSD it booted up in under 15 seconds and made all functions on the computer at least 10 times faster than before. She was extremely happy to have the laptop running at Peak Performance at less than a third the price of a brand new one.

I’m helping a customer in Old Reynella that has been having issues with his NBN connection to his home. I was able to locate a fault with the fibre connection coming into his residence and set him up on a temporary Wi-Fi system so he has internet access until the NBN is fixed.

I’m helping a lady in Blackwood today by setting up her Surface Pro to connect to her screens at home so she can continue her office work while the covid restrictions are in place. She was also having various issues with her email and her printer not responding which I was able to resolve by programming the printer to have a direct IP address instead of DHCP.

I’m helping a customer down at Glenelg today with some email problems he’s been having on his PC. His email was working fine for the past few years but recently has come up with some security warnings which I was able to resolve by tweaking the SSL and authentication settings.
