Using the amazing technology that is remote control I was able to help a long time business customer in Willunga today from my office to her two computers in Willunga. Once I had a connection I was able to fix a printing problem she was having and get her back up and running.

I’m in Lonsdale today setting up a new printer plus a wireless access point for a business customer that’s been using our services for over 14 years. Now that they have a wireless access at the front of the store they can print from their mobiles and any other wireless devices to their brand new printer.

Today I’m in Darlington helping a sportswear sales manager by setting up his new Microsoft Surface Pro. I created a small program to transfer all of his data and emails from his old laptop to get him seamlessly up and running on the new tablet pc.
