I’m helping a lady at Blackwood today who has had trouble turning on her computer and wasn’t getting any thing on the screen. After some diagnosis I was able to locate that her video card was faulty in addition to her screen being very old and needing replacement. After fitting a new GPU and supplying her with a brand new 27 inch monitor she was back in action.

I’m helping a customer at Noarlunga today with a laptop that stopped working on the internet after it was dropped accidentally. After carefully disassembling the laptop I was able to locate a loose cable going to the Wi-Fi module. Once the cable was reconnected and the laptop was re-assembled they were back in business better than ever.

Today I’m down in the always pleasant winery region McLaren Vale helping an accountant with a very slow old computer. An SSD upgrade will make a massive difference to the overall performance of her computer and she’s more than happy to go ahead.
