I’m helping a customer at Warradale this morning that has an issue on their PC wear one of their screens is no longer displaying anything. After checking the cabling and the screen I was able to determine that the adaptor that converted from HDMI to VGA was faulty. I replaced the adaptor for a HDMI to DVI model that gave them a much better picture and resolved the issue. They also had an issue on the laptop where it would not connect to the internet which I was able to resolve by running a network reset.
