One of my valued customers in Trott Park contacted me saying his computer was making a lot of loud noises and was sometimes shutting down on him. I had a good look inside his case and saw it needed a good clean out. After a good brush and a vacuum the system temps had dropped almost 20 degrees and was now running super quiet.

A lady who runs a clothing store in Aberfoyle Park contacted me saying her laptop was running super slow and was basically unable to be used at all. I quickly diagnosed the problem as a dying and very slow 5400rpm mechanical hard disk. A few hours later I had her entire system perfectly cloned onto a high speed SSD. This turned her very slow and unpleasant laptop into a supercharged beast!

Today I got to enjoy a spirited drive through the hills of Blackwood on my way to help set up a business customers new Microsoft Surface Pro with Outlook. He was also having issues with his iPhone not syncing properly with his work email but I had him all sorted and back in business in no time at all.
