I’m helping a man in Henley Beach this afternoon who is having a whole lot of issues with the latest version of outlook that comes with Microsoft Office 365. I was able to resolve his issues by creating a new profile for him and importing all of his data into the new profile.

Im helping a business in Adelaide today by getting a database program back up and running for them that they rely on to manage all of their internal resources and bookings. The software they use was custom made over 15 years ago so I had to dig into the code to understand how the database gathers the information – once I had an idea on how it was trying to do what it needed to do I was able to repair the data set and get them back up and running.

I’m helping an elderly couple in Blackwood this afternoon by setting up a new laptop for them and transferring data from their old laptop that would no longer turn on. I was able to remove the SSD from their old laptop and transfer all of their data to the new laptop using some specialist tools and programs.

I’m helping a business in Flagstaff Hill today that’s having a lot of issues with their CCTV security system and is unable to record footage to the network hard drive. I was able to get the system back up and running for them and also give them a tutorial on how to use the CCTV system and get hold of footage whenever they need it.
