I’m helping a couple in Brighton today that had a Dell computer from 2016 that was running very slow. I took their PC back to base and upgraded it with a high speed SSD cloning all of their data across so that everything stayed exactly as it was for them. I also supplied them with additional cables to extend their speakers and monitor to a better location on the desk as well as a brand new sound bar so they can enjoy their music in the office.

I’m helping a lady at Mitchell Park today who had an issue where her laptop would not power off and had completely frozen. Rebooting the laptop was a simple affair and was achieved by simply holding down the power button for 15 seconds but I dug a bit deeper and looked into the system logs to determine where the cause of the freezing issue might be. After careful analysis of the log files I was able to determine that a dying mechanical hard drive was the culprit and a high-speed SSD upgrade was the best solution forward.
