Today I’m up at a retirement village in Bellevue Heights helping a nice elderly lady set up her brand new laptop. She found windows 11 very unfamiliar at first but after I set it up for her and showed her around she was comfortable with using her new laptop and happy doing basic tasks such as checking her email and searching the internet.
