I was given this old ASUS pc from a customer to look at and see if it could be sped up at all as it was slower than a snail sliding down a slippery dip coated in honey. After a quick look at the specs I could see that the CPU and RAM were fine but the old mechanical hard disk was badly letting the speed side of things down. I installed a brand new SSD and cloned Windows onto it 1 for 1 and then gave it a reboot. I was honestly pretty shocked at how much of an improvement it made to the entire running of the PC. It was literally like brand new… only better!

A business customer from Lonsdale contacted me saying their CCTV security system was no longer able to be accessed remotely after the NBN was enabled at their premises. I took a look at their new modem and setup the correct port forwards and dynamic DNS to help get it back online. After a few tweaks and security modifications they were back to fully operational status.

A lady from Brighton contacted me saying her Acer laptop was running very slow and often crashing. I took a look at the laptop and was able to show her that her hard disk was about to die and that her laptop was an ideal candidate for a high speed SSD upgrade. He went ahead and was absolutely blown away at the speed of her laptop after the upgrade 🙂
