Another of my business customers contacted me asking for help adding some photos to his website. His website was setup using WordPress so once I had the correct login details I was able to easily edit and add the new photos of his most recent work to his website. His laptop was also running very slow so I performed a tuneup on it and got it back to peak performance.

Today I’m out at Aberfoyle park at a school helping staff and students with all of the various issues that occur on campus. A customer from Bellevue Heights contacted me with a problem on his computer accessing his email. In a nutshell, his email was no longer sending or receiving despite him being sure he had the correct password entered. I checked his settings and was able to work out that his antivirus was performing SSL scanning on his account however his email wasn’t setup for this in Thunderbird. Once I collected the correct settings from his internet service provider and input them into Thunderbird he was back in action and his emails were flowing in and out again as per normal.

A business customer from Hawthornedene contacted me saying her laptop was running very slow and was giving her a lot of issues. I tested the laptop and immediately saw that the hard disk was very close to dying and suggested that we either replace the hard disk or supply her a new laptop. She was happy to go ahead with a new laptop and I had her setup in no time by transferring all of her data and getting her apps and email running on the new system.

A lady from Flagstaff Hill called me up asking for help with her pc and samsung phone. Her pc hadn’t been backed up in a long time so I helped by setting up an easy to use one click backup to her external USB hard disk. Her samsung phone was also running very slow and overheating so I removed a whole lot of unneeded apps and tuned her phone to run better. Another happy customer 🙂
