I’m helping a customer in Parkside today that has a very very slow laptop that is causing a lot of problems when trying to get their work done. After diagnosing the problem as a slow old mechanical hard drive and replacing it for a high-speed SSD they were back in action 10 times faster than before!

I’m helping a customer today at Brighton that had a virus on his laptop. Today I’m helping a customer in Adelaide that has lost all of their data in Outlook. After investigating the problem I was able to recover their data from a backed up Outlook PST file and get them back up and running. They were very happy to see all of their old emails back current emails to be coming in and going out as they should.
