A business customer from Lonsdale contacted me saying their CCTV security system was no longer able to be accessed remotely after the NBN was enabled at their premises. I took a look at their new modem and setup the correct port forwards and dynamic DNS to help get it back online. After a few tweaks and security modifications they were back to fully operational status.
