A business customer from Cherry Gardens contacted me saying there laptop was no longer starting up and after some diagnosis I was able to determine that a faulty motherboard was causing the problem. They didn’t want to get repairs done to the existing laptop so I quoted them for a brand new laptop and set them up with the email data and everything else they needed on the new laptop.
