I’m helping a business in Aberfoyle Park today that is having some issues with their point of sale terminals not talking to their back office PC. After testing various settings and checking the firewall I was able to diagnose the issue as being with a faulty ethernet cable that connected their back office to the sales area. After replacing the end clip on the cable and testing their systems they were all up and running again.
