A customer from Trott Park contacted me saying his laptop was running super and had been crashing quite a lot over the weekend. I ran some tests on his system and was able to identify that the SMART status of his hard disk was in critical condition and a replacement was strongly recommended. I quoted him for a high speed SSD upgrade and he was more than happy to go ahead. The end result was a laptop that now runs better than new and boots up in under 15 seconds!
