A business customer of mine had a catastrophic hard disk failure a few days ago and called me up to help get them back and running. After testing and confirming that their hard disk was definitely dead I went ahead and supplied them with a brand new hard disk and reinstalled Windows 10 Professional. The great thing about Windows10 is that it keeps your computer activation details online so you can simply reinstall using a standard ISO and when it connects to the internet it does the rest and fully activates. I then helped them get their MYOB point of sale installed and back up and running as well as restoring all of their personal data from an online backup of their system. After a few hours they were fully operational again and back in business 🙂
