Check out this gopro footage from an absolutely brutal dirt bike enduro course in the tiny backstreets of Portugal. As someone who’s owned a few dirt bikes I can tell you these guys would be absolutely hammered after this! The fitness level required to wrestle a dirt bike through a course like this is just insane. Epic stuff.
