A customer from Cherry Gardens called me yesterday saying their was no longer starting up. Windows 10 had done an automatic and after the update completed they were presented with a black screen and a white cursor and no ability to do anything else. I was able to roll the update to before the problem and the issues as well as create a backup system for them just in case anything ever occurs like this again. I also put in place a program that allows for Windows 10 updates to be paused and stopped so now the user has the choice as to whether the updates are applied or not.
