A customer from Cherry Gardens called me yesterday saying their computer was no longer starting up. Windows 10 had done an automatic update and after the update completed they were presented with a black screen and a white cursor and no ability to do anything else. I was able to roll back the update to before the problem and repair the issues as well as create a backup system for them just in case anything ever occurs like this again. I also put in place a program that allows for Windows 10 updates to be paused and stopped so now the user has the choice as to whether the updates are applied or not.
