One of my long time customers from Happy Valley contacted me saying his was no longer booting up and was going straight to the BIOS screen when powered on. I took a look at his pc and was able to confirm that his hard disk was ok which meant all of his was safe. I gave him the option to a SSD to replace the slow hard disk and he was more than happy to go ahead with the upgrade. In the end he got a supercharged at a fraction of the cost of a new computer!
