I have a customer that dropped off a to me today that won’t power on. After disassembling the laptop and checking all of the internals I was able to confirm that it’s unfortunately had a motherboard. I will be quoting the customer for a but the good news is that their which was on the nvme SSD is safe and available to transfer to the new laptop.
