A customer in  called me up saying they were seeing nothing but a back screen and the white mouse cursor after they logged into Windows 10. They said they an automatic update had happened the night before so I immediately suspected this to be the culprit. I was able to boot their into the diagnostic repair menu and thankfully they had a few restore points I was able to use to take them back in time a few days before the issue had started. After the system restore was complete and a few more tweaks were made to their system they were back in the game. Anther happy customer that can now get back to what they do best 🙂
