The receptionist from a real estate office in Plympton contacted me today having some issues getting into her email. Basically Outlook 2007 was crashing when she was trying to run it and coming up with “corrupt PST” errors. I used the ScanPST tool to repair her outlook file and also gave her a crash course on how to do this herself if it ever happens again down the track. The PC’s hard disk was also very full and had a few junk programs on it so I gave it a good cleanup to get her back in the game 🙂
