I’m helping a customer in Seaford today who is having issues with their NBN Connection at home. They noticed they had no internet connection on any of theie smart TV’s and absolutely no Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. After testing their modem and Wi-Fi extenders I was able to nail down the problem to the NBN modem and a fibre connection coming from the street.
