I’m helping a customer from Mount Barker today with some issues they’ve had with their network printer after a new NBN modem was installed in their home. Since the new modem when in they were also having a whole lot of problems accessing their CCTV security system remotely but after adding the CCTV system IP address for the modems DMZ as well as setting up the correct port forwarding they were back in business.
