I’m helping a crash repairer in Seaford today with some issues on their computers, their network, and their phones after a power failure on the weekend. The power failure damage the Telstra modem and permanently disabled their wireless network connection. I set them up on a new modem and got their phone’s, the wireless, and all other network devices connected to the internet. They also needed some help configuring their CCTV security system to be accessed remotely when they’re off site which I was more than happy to help with.
