A nice lady from Old Reynella called me up saying her desktop computer was having trouble connecting to the internet. Sometimes it would work fine an other times it would just sit there on a web page with the spinning wheel and no progress despite the icon on the taskbar saying it had a solid connection to the net. I was able to diagnose her problem to be a faulty network adapter in her pc and was able to give her an easy and fast solution by providing her with a USB wifi adapter rather than go through the lengthy process of repairing her motherboard. She also needed some help setting up a new chromecast device on her TV which I was more than happy to help with and had her sorted in no time.
