A customer from West Lakes got in touch with me about his 7 laptop not starting up. He said he was working on an Adobe Photoshop file and the laptop crashed and hasn’t been able to restart it since. I took a look at the laptop and repaired the startup of Windows 7 including performing a disk check and MBR rebuild and was able to get him back in action. It will probably be time to replace it soon but for now his old laptop lives another day…
