A mechanic in Lonsdale contacted me asking for help setting up his new printer so that he could print from all of his devices in his workshop. In no time at all I had his two laptops, his upstairs accounts PC and his downstairs reception PC all setup and printing perfectly to the new wireless printer. He was also having some issues printing out statements from his internet backing as well as from MYOB which I was able to resolve by changing some antivirus settings and installing some free PDF software. Another happy customer back in business 🙂
