A house at Torrensville was my destination for today and my mission was to fix a laptop that would no longer access the internet with DNS issues. It ended up being the antivirus program on the laptop that had corrupted the firewall and was blocking all network traffic in and out.
I ended up uninstalling the antivirus program as it was far too heavy on the system resources and replacing it for a much leaner and more efficient one. After a good tuneup and a few reboots the laptop was back in action and working better than ever!
