I’m working at a private school in Aberfoyle Park today helping with all of their day-to-day issues as well as a few businesses that operate out of the school campus. They were having a few issues with network printers and their CCTV security system which I was able to resolve and get them back up and running better than ever.

I’m helping a lady at Christies Beach with a very old slow laptop that’s having a lot of problems connecting to the internet. I replaced her dying slow old hard drive for a high speed SSD and help set up her email and Wi-Fi devices in her home to a new Telstra 4G mobile Internet modem. She was very happy to have her laptop running at nearly 10 times the speed it was before as well as all of her devices in her home now connected to Wi-Fi and operating as they should.

I’m helping an electrical business at Edwardstown today by setting up two  new computers as well as g-suite synchronisation to microsoft office 365 on all of their staff computers. They needed an easy-to-use email system that is reliable and able to go with them when they leave the office so g-suite was the obvious choice.

I’m helping a lady from Flagstaff Hill today with a very slow computer that I was able to diagnose as a faulty and very old mechanical hard drive. I fitted her computer with a high speed SSD and the difference was literally night and day. Her computer used to take around 8 minutes to start up which has now gone down to well under 15 seconds. Needless to say she was very happy with the upgrade.

Today I’m helping a customer in Blackwood who’s computer was running very slow and regularly crashing. I diagnosed the problem as a faulty motherboard and replaced his computer with a brand new tower featuring the awesome ryzen 3200g CPU. It was a huge upgrade from his faulty PC and got him back in action better than ever.
