A customer from Lonsdale called me out asking to help sort out their CCTV and security system. The current system was an absolute mess and wasn’t documented very well by the previous installer but after logging in and getting them connected through the control panel I gave them access to the system and got them back in business.

I’m helping a business customer at Richmond today set up some dual screen work stations for some new employees. I supplied them with a brand new Lenovo Windows 10 laptop plus two 27 inch widescreen LEDs and got it all set up on the network for them so it’s completely ready for the new staff member.

A business customer from Seaford contacted me saying they were not able to scan from their printer to their file server anymore. After some investigation I discovered that their server was over 11 years old and was very much on its way out. I was able to redirect their scanning to another server and get them back up and running again good as new.
