Huge morning down at a high end German auto repair shop in Melrose Park today helping them get all their email issues sorted out. They’ve gone from a clunky Microsoft Outlook 2016 setup running through exchange servers to a much faster, more streamlined and far simpler IMAP setup that allows them to use great free email software like Thunderbird instead of forking out for products that don’t perform anywhere near as well.
In the end all of their emails, contacts and functionality is there in a much better package that works far better for their needs and gives them an easy road forward for maintenance and upgrades for the other PC’s around the workshop. I had great fun helping them out finding a solution that gets them back in action and that helps improve their business.
