I’m upgrading a laptop for a customer from Hallett Cove today that performed the automatic upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 but found that his laptop ran beyond awful after the upgrade was complete. He noticed that the laptop was supplied with only four gigabytes of RAM so a RAM upgrade was more than recommended. Once the new RAM was installed the laptop is now running as it should.

I’m helping a long time customer of mine today by supplying him with a new desktop to replace his extremely slow aging computer system. His existing screen, keyboard and mouse were all working quite well so he decided just to replace the desktop itself and have all of his data transferred across as well as his printer set up.
