I’m helping a customer down at Glenelg today who is having issues accessing his BigPond email. After 4 hours on the phone yesterday to BigPond support with no success he gave me a call. I was able to get him up and running in under half an hour and also serviced his computer and set up a very easy-to-use backup system for all of his pictures, documents, emails, and all other data on his computer.
