Blackwood onsite computer repairs and support

I’m helping a lady in Blackwood today by setting up her Surface Pro to connect to her screens at home so she can continue her office work while the covid restrictions are in place. She was also having various issues with her email and her printer not responding which I was able to resolve by programming the printer to have a direct IP address instead of DHCP.
