I’m working today at a helping support staff and students with all the various issues they come across with using technology in a very information-driven environment. They had a few issues with their server, most specifically the ups, which provides backup power in the case of a power failure. I was able to provide a solution that bypassed the ups temporarily by using a spare device they had on hand and will supply them with a brand new ups very soon.
