Today I’m helping a customer that’s located in Willunga with some remote computer support via the Internet. It’s a really handy way to help my customers without having to be on site for small problems other things outside of hours that wouldn’t be convenient otherwise. As an added bonus I also waive the call out fee so it works out cheaper for the customer too. It’s a win for everyone!
