A nice elderly man from Christies Beach contacted me with several problems on his old computer. I was able to do a good tuneup + set him up with some useful programs and a quick lesson on how to get out of trouble in future. He’s happy because he can now get back in touch with his family overseas.

One of my customers from Clarendon contacted me saying their PC was running very slow and crashing. I diagnosed it as a dying old hard disk and was able to clone all of their data across onto a new high speed SSD. Their PC has never been faster and they didn’t lose any of their data in the process. They’re happy so I’m happy 🙂
