A customer from Hallett Cove contacted me saying their old family computer was running very slow and often crashing in Windows 7. I took a look at the hard disk SMART status and it showed that the disk status was in critical condition and a replacement was suggested immediately. As the PC had all of their family photos and data on it they were keen to get it fixed so I supplied them with a new SSD + HDD and cloned all of their data across 1 for 1. All up, they were back in action with no data loss and running faster than ever at less than a third the cost of a new PC.
