A customer that runs a classic car cruise blog contacted me with some issues in his home desktop computer. Basically the pc could connect the the internet in programs such as his email but he wasn’t able to browse the internet in chrome, firefox or edge. I took a look at the pc and immediately suspected a firewall issue. After resetting his Mcaffee security to the recommended defaults and tweaking a few extra settings he was back online and everything was working as it should.
