A customer from Flagstaff Hill contacted me with some odd issues on their and smart TV. Basically the and smart TV could access the internet but not reliably. Some websites would load and others wouldn’t, Netflix sometimes worked on the smart TV and sometimes it would like sit there with a spinning circle and a black screen. I did some extensive testing and was able to prove it was a faulty modem causing it and I replaced it with a good quality high range wireless modem. Once the new modem was programmed and all setup for wireless they were good to go again and could enjoy their favorite Netflix shows 🙂
