I was up on the top of the hill at Seacombe Heights today enjoying the amazing view and helping a lady setup SSL certificates to enable HTTPS on her website shop. Google is introducing a new feature in Chrome later this year that will notify visitors if your website isn’t secure and using SSL certificates. Its not really valid for information only based sites but if you’re running a shop or anything that handles monetary transactions then it’s going to matter. She was keen to get it sorted now before Google brings this into play. She also had a few website design problems I was able to help her get resolved. No problem is too big or too small 🙂
