Another of my long time business customers contacted me saying a pc in their office at had stopped indexing emails in and they weren’t able to search for anything anymore. Outlook can be a bit of an odd little beast even at the best of times so I undertook an office 365 install as well as a database rebuild on the windows search settings. After a few days of recompiling the search was back in action searching like it should.
