A customer contacted me with a problem I come across quite a lot these days… a bad wireless signal from the modem in their home. A weak wireless signal can be extremely frustrating but the good news is that it’s quite easily fixed.
After some fancy new tech was installed I had a secondary wireless access point setup for my customer that provided a full 5 bar wireless signal in the back rooms of their home and got their smart tv up and running with YouTube and Netflix better than ever!
